Hope you are all staying healthy and safe. Below are the updates for this month.
- Customer District Assignment Transparency: Users with Customer access can now see all of a Customer's district assignments. Changes are still prohibited unless the user has the appropriate access.
- Enhanced Customer Controls: Granular customer access added allowing Admins to control who can Edit and/or Add Customers while creating Projects and Quotes.
- Custom Reporting Modifications: SI now has a platform for custom reporting. If you are interested in developing specific insights for your company, contact your SI Rep to find out more.
