Our team has been working hard making enhancements to Asphalt and Aggregate Quoting based on feedback from our BETA client. Over the next few months, we will be upgrading all clients to the latest version of Sales Insight so that multi-product type quoting can be available with minimal set up. In addition to Asphalt and Aggregate Quoting, we've made some improvements to Concrete Quoting:
- Easily Identifiable Quote PDF File Name: Quote PDF files now have the naming convention: "Project Name - Client Name - Quote #', whereas these files used to be saved simply as "Quotation_#".
- NEW! Logo in Email Signature: A company logo can now be added to the Email Signature when a quote is emailed from Sales Insight.
- Informational Project Info: Project Address and QC Requirement have been added to the Edit Quotation page for quick referencing.
- Improved Special Character Handling: Added handling of common special characters that caused occasional Quote PDF email issues.
