Can’t believe it’s already the start of pumpkin pie season! Please find this month’s Release Notes below:
- Quote Email Attachment: Based on your feedback, we’ve increased the attachment limit to 20 MB.
- NEW! Customer Number on Quote: An option has been added to display the Customer Number next to the Customer Name on the Edit Quote page. You can set this up on the Settings - Edit District page or contact your Rep for additional details.
- Enhanced security: Improved redirects to ensure use of the secured ‘https’ site.
- Re-Approval Process: Closed re-approval loophole that allowed some users to re-approve quotes that exceeded their approval limit.
- Send to AU Dispatch: Added character limit to Public Notes to avoid conflict when sending to AU Dispatch.
- NEW! Daily Plant Entries: New platform for collecting plant summary data used to augment ticket data in KPI reporting.
